Learn how to easily obtain a good 3D image of your patient case, starting from CT or CBCT data. In this session you will learn:
- How to remove unnecessary information from the CT or CBCT dataset
- How to identify scatter in CB or CT images
- How to remove scatter from the images
- How to isolate structures in the CT or CBCT images
- What the difference is between the single and double scan registration and what the requirements are for both
From CT data to 3D: next level
Learn how to create very sophisticated 3D images. This training is only intended for SimPlant Pro users who wish to learn advanced segmentation techniques. In this session you will learn:
- How to create masks in 2D images

- What's the difference between CT and CBCT technology
- What's the risks of radiation for different types of scanners
- What criteria are important for the selection of a specific type of scanner
- What the requirements are for a good dental scan: what information to give to a radiologist (for the different types of scanners)
